This is your custom 12-week training program. This program was designed to focus on training goals and help prepare you for max performance. It includes training days that include full body work, sprint training, lower body capacity development and a weekly ruck event designed to condition your feet and adjust your body to manage load over time. We hope that you enjoy this program and look forward to hearing your feedback and progress.
